Jude Bellingham once said Elling Holland was better than Kylian Mbappe.
The British Mirror reported on Tuesday (Korea Standard Time) that Bellingham had something to say that might make Mbappe feel uncomfortable, who may play with Real Madrid soon. Bellingham had a discussion with his Real Madrid teammate Orelian Chouameni. The topic of the discussion was “Who is better, Holland or Mbappe?”
According to a video released by the media, Bellingham said on the 토토사이트, “Holland is a great player. It’s unbelievable.” In response, Chouameni said, “I don’t care,” and Bellingham again insisted that “Holland is better than your teammates (Chouameni and his French national team mate Mbappe).”
“We don’t know when this video was filmed. However, chances are now that Mbappe will move to Real. Real hopes that Mbappe will join and Bellingham and Chouameni will shine in one team,” the Mirror said.
Bellingham wore a Real jersey ahead of this season.
He has already stood out since he was a teenager. Having grown up at the Birmingham Youth Academy, he made his debut for the first team at the tender age of 16 years and 38 days. He not only made his debut but also played 41 matches for the English Championship (part 2) throughout the 2019-20 season.
After moving to Dortmund in the summer of 2020, Bellingham also proved his potential in the big leagues. As a result, Real showed interest and successfully recruited him. Real brought Bellingham in last summer for 103 million euros. The contract runs until the summer of 2029, and Zinedine Zidane gave him the number 5.
Bellingham is currently performing well without being able to adapt. He has 16 goals and three assists in 22 matches in Spain’s La Liga so far. He is the top scorer in the team.
Bellingham and Mbappe
Bellingham, who once played with Holland, one of the world’s best strikers for Dortmund, has a chance to play with another top-notch striker. It is Mbappe. Mbappe is currently the best soccer player in the Paris Saint-Germain league. He ranks first in goal tally with 24 goals in the French Ligue 1.
However, leaving PSG after the end of the season is becoming a given. Mbappe has informed PSG that he will not invoke the one-year extension option included in the existing contract. In this case, Mbappe will be able to transfer to free agency this summer, and his destination was mentioned as Real.
BBC recently claimed, “Mbappe has agreed to join Real this summer. He will sign a five-year contract with Real. He will earn an annual salary of 15 million euros (W21.8 billion) and a down payment of 150 million euros (W217.6 billion).
