WOMEN’S GO ‘FUTURE POWER’ KIM EUN-JI WINS SECOND CONSECUTIVE NANSEOL DEDICATION

South Korean women’s go player Kim Eun-ji (16) won her second consecutive title at the third Nanseol Hunbae National Women’s Go Tournament. Kim, who is ranked second in the women’s world, defeated Kim Chae-young (27), the tournament’s fourth-ranked female player, in 231 moves on Wednesday at the Gangneung Arena in Gangneung, Gangwon Province. After taking an early lead, Kim allowed her opponent to catch up after the midway point, but she held on to her advantage until the end to win by half a move.

Kim, who won the title for the second consecutive year, was promoted to eighth dan under the rules of the Korean Ki-won Order of Merit. The prize for winning the Nansul Tribute is 20 million won, while the runner-up prize is 8 million won. The time limit is five 40-second readings in 20 minutes each. The tournament is divided into professional and amateur competitions .The flax competition, in which about 160 people participated, was held as a 바카라사이트 team competition divided into A-B-C leagues according to their strength.
